For help with Rally, email support@rallyapp.ro.

We typically respond within 2 business days. Please include the email address on your Rally account and a short description of the issue (screenshots help for bugs).

What we can help with

• Sign-in problems (Apple, Google, magic link)
• Account, profile, or photo issues
• Rally create/join/check-in problems
• Notifications not arriving
• Privacy requests (access, export, deletion)
• Reports of abuse or unsafe content

For emergencies or immediate danger, contact local emergency services — do not wait for email support.

Self-serve in the app

• Delete account: Settings → Delete account
• Download your data: Settings → Download my data
• Notification preferences: Settings → Notifications
• Block a user: open their profile → Block
• Report a user or rally: use Report on the profile or rally screen
• Privacy Policy & Terms: Settings → Legal & support
